Which Work Benefits Actually Matter To Millennials? [INFOGRAPHIC]

What do you value the most when it comes to office perks? Most of us would be thinking of cash bonuses or flexible working options, but in a survey conducted by PWC, and recently republished in KPCB’s 2015 Internet Trends Report, it showed that most of today's younger workforce value training and development opportunities more than other work benefits.

With the 4,000+ millennials from 75 countries surveyed, interestingly, flexi-time, cash bonuses, and even personal healthcare benefits ranked just a little bit below training and development.

The results goes to show that the younger employees of this generation have significantly evolved their career priorities in the past few decades and valued personal development—building up their skill sets, or increasing their knowledge—more than the monetary benefits.
